Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus comes to Town.

We, daddy and mommy, took Rieley to her first circus. She was impressed and asked to go back the next day. Of course , we said no but would take her again if they came back to town next year.We had elephants, dogs, house cats and horses. We missed the lions and tigers, guess we got the scaled down version. Rieley sat in daddy's lap the entire show, watching intently and eating popcrn, at $10 a bag. The last picture of the huge ball, was really neat. At first they started with 2 motorcycles going around at a high rate of speed, nest they added another motorcycle and a girl hanging from the middle inside, while the motorcycles went around her.

Unwanted sight.

This creature greeted us on our walk one morning. Thank God it was dead, this is one of the disadvantages of living where we do. Now we not only watch out for the coyotees on our walk but snakes and tarantulas too.

Juniors kick seniors butts in powder puff football.

the juniors arrived here around 530pm, to get ready for the game. The guys, coaches, made their plays and figured their plan of attack. while the girls busied themselves, cutting the sleeves off of their tshirts, applying blackout and glitter. go figure, for a football game.
Rieley and I went to the game, in the middle of high winds and a bad dust storm and watched the girls. Fun tiles were had by all. The juniors kicked butt and won, 37-14, the seniors were dumbstruck by the outcome. I think their problem was, more coaches than players.
The juniors were going to go to another kids house for pizza after game and those plans went wacky. So, guess who had them all here. Luckily Tim was out of town and they were fine, well behaved kids. Ate bunches of pizzas, drank lots of pop and finished off the fruit left from our softball party.
Can't wait to watch them play next year, their class is full of alot of talented athletes.

Rieley's first dance recital.

Rieley had her first ever dance recital, and it was a success. The teachers,Ms Lisa and Ms Jennifer, did some amazing work with these girls. They only had them for 9 classes of 45 minutes each, no rehearsals or anything else, that was all. The girls did amazing and we are excited for next year. She will go on Tuesday's after school and will have 2 recitals, one at Christmas and one at the end of the year.
She was thrilled at the end of the recital to get flowers from us, too.
