Seeing Rieley's Face for the First Time 3 Yrs Ago.

We,Tim and I, saw Rieley's face for the first time 3 years ago today. She looked so small for her age and is still small, but mighty. She is the oldest out of our adoption grroup and the smallest, has been since we got the girls 7/23/07. Thise days waiting, after we had her picture, were not easy. But, the 23rd is a day we will never forget, she cried and was a scared little girl. Having Hunter and bailey along, I think helped her transition go smoother. She is loved by all of her siblings and spoiled, but that is fine. Then the hard part came, waiting 10 weeks before we were allowed to travel and pick her up. Once we had the picture, i wanted to go but until you have travel approval and a consulate appointment, you are stuck waiting. July 18th couldn't come fast enough.

  1. Can't believe it was that long ago. She certainly has grown. I am so glad that I could be a part of her OHGWQ. Sorry you don't live in PA anymore, we were only 2 hours apart.

My granddaughter will be home 2 years in June. What a great 2 years that has been. I am looking forward to following your blog and watching Reiley grow up! Blessings.
